The Far East Mekong River region of Cambodia is rich and diverse in culture, scenery and intense landscapes. The roads and trails here are some of the best in Cambodia and are perfect for exploring by motorcycle.
From small gravel trails right beside the Mekong River to the winding blacktop roads and ‘twisties‘ of Sen Monorom in Mondulkiri — the far east has some of the most exciting riding, and waterfalls, to be found in Cambodia.

The Northeastern provinces hold many hidden secrets, a colourful history, wild waterfalls, and some stunning scenery.
Most famous, of course, is our lovely home base — the temple town of Siem Reap. This incredible province includes the most famous temples of all, the UNESCO World Heritage Listed Angkor Wat, Bayon, and Ta Prohm (well-known as the “Tomb Raider temple”).
Further north on the border is the famously disputed hilltop temple of Preah Vihear. Officially belonging to Cambodia, it has been the source of many border skirmishes between Cambodia and Thailand since 1962. Its vistas are some of the most breathtaking in all of South East Asia, and preserving its Khmer heritage has been worth the fight.
There is also a great deal of Khmer Rouge history in the North, as this is where the infamous regime had their last stand and also holds the cremation site of Pol Pot.

Western Cambodia is one of our favourite places to explore, both on and off the bike. We’ve spent years scoping out remote areas to find the best routes for our riders. Travellers seldom visit this region due to its wild and raw nature.
The West has everything to offer from seldom-visited temples, hidden forest trails and limestone mountains. An ever-changing landscape, sweeping red roads, friendly people, and cooler climate — what’s not to love?

Get off the beaten track for a day. Explore breathtaking scenery just outside of town. Discover a hidden temple, chill in a hammock, quench with a coconut and even take a dip in the lake.
Only got half a day? Wet your thirst for Cambodia motorbike adventure tours and join JustRide for a marvelous motorcycle morning mission — we promise to have you back in time for lunch!
Siem Reap is our HQ, and the home of JustRide MotoCafe. Known as “temple town” and honorably housing the UNESCO World Heritage Listed Angkor Wat, Bayon, and Ta Prohm (well-known as the “Tomb Raider temple”), it’s overwhelmingly the most popular landing spot for visitors from around the world.
What is less spoken about is the magnificent countryside, and the many trails and tracks that weave their way through small villages and wide-open farm land. This is where you find real Siem Reap folk are genuinely friendly, welcoming and just as excited to meet you as you are to meet them! So, get your waving arm ready — you will need it!
